This website was an idea that originated with my youngest brother who has since passed on. That idea was 10 years ago and I am just getting started on this particular part of his inspiration.
Images and pictures can usually be used at no cost as long as they are used only for private, personal, and non-commercial applications. Say you want to create and print a card for a friend on your personal computer. That is allowed. If you want to sell those cards, you may need to obtain a license to use the image. Not doing so may put you at risk of legal action against you.
